Mynter is a portable, mini vault designed specifically for securely storing Bitcoin private keys offline. Each coin includes a stainless steel case, a custom-designed key card, and a pen for easy and durable key storage.
Why do I need Mynter?

How do I use Mynter?
- Write your private keys on the provided card.
- Fold the card based on guidelines on its back.
- Place the folded card inside the coin.
- Seal the coin be screwing the top and bottom pieces together.
- Store the coin in a safe location.
For enhanced security, we recommend splitting your keys across multiple Mynter coins.
Is Mynter safe for long-term storage?
Yes! Mynter is built with high-quality stainless steel. Our vendor is trusted by some of the biggest players in the aerospace and aviation industry.

When will my order be shipped?
The first orders will ship in early 2025. We’ll keep you updated as we approach the shipping date.
How many coins are available for pre-order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the following countries:

If your country isn’t listed, we’re working hard to expand our shipping options in the future.
Please note that you may be subject to taxes and duties depending on your country’s regulations. We do not collect these fees during purchase.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if it is:
- In its original condition.
- Unworn, unused, and with tags.
- In its original packaging.

- Contact us at support@mynter.io for approval and instructions.
- You will receive information about where to send your return.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Customer responsibility: Return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Mynter responsibility: If the item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@mynter.io.
What items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, during which you can return your order for any reason, provided it meets the eligibility criteria above.
Can I get a discount for buying more than one coin?
Yes, you can! Buying two coins allows you to securely distribute your private keys and enjoy a discount.

The phrase "Not your keys, not your coins" is a cornerstone of Bitcoin security. Cold storage keeps your private keys offline, away from hackers, hardware failures, and accidental loss, ensuring your Bitcoin is truly under your control.
